Samsung and LG TV Remote Control is a comprehensive IR remote control for LG and Samsung TV models manufactured from approximately 2005 to the present day. Unlike other applications available in the store, this remote functions exactly like the original infrared remote. It mimics the layout and image of the Samsung and LG TV remotes, which is consistent with most older series. Therefore, there is no need to learn how to use this app; simply install it and start using it like your original remote.

Here's how to use it:

• Make sure to point your phone's IR blaster directly at the television, just like with the original infrared remote. The typical working range is 3 to 15 feet, as long as there is a line of sight.
• Note that with some phones in power-saving mode or with low battery, the IR signal may be weakened, resulting in a range of less than 5 feet.

• All functions should work with the latest LG and Samsung TV models. However, if you have a 10-year-old model without an internet connection, certain internet-related buttons such as e-manual (online help) and internet apps will not open. Nonetheless, all common functions will still work.
